How can I apply for the Services at Casa Amalia?
Applications can be collected from Casa Amalia, the Ministry for Gozo and
Planning, or submitted online at https://shorturl.at/JhvMT
The following information must be included in the application form:
- Details of the Applicant
- Details of Relatives
- Required Services – select Dementia Friendly Day Centre and/or Night Shelter – Casa Amalia
- The Medical Report and Compulsory Medical Assessment form duly filled in by the Family Doctor
- Declaration

What is the admission process for Casa Amalia’s Day Centre and/or Night Shelter?
Once the application is submitted to the Ministry for Gozo and Planning, you will be contacted for an assessment.
Once the assessment has been completed – and depending on availability – we will be in touch directly with more information.
