How can I apply for the Services at Casa Amalia?

Applications can be collected from Casa Amalia, the Ministry for Gozo and

The following information must be included in the application form:

• Details of the Applicant
• Details of Relatives
• Required Services – select Dementia Friendly Day Centre and/or Night Shelter – Casa Amalia
• The Medical Report and Compulsory Medical Assessment form duly filled in by the Family Doctor
• Declaration

What is the admission process for Casa Amalia’s Day Centre and/or Night Shelter?

Once the application is submitted to the Ministry for Gozo and Planning, you will be contacted for an assessment.

Once the assessment has been completed – and depending on availability – we will be in touch directly with more information.

What does a typical day at Casa Amalia look like?

Service users are provided with nutritious meals throughout the day. Dietary restrictions are also catered for as needed.
